Foods such as pulses, whole grains, brown rice, corns, oats, legumes, and wheat are fiber and can promote a healthy glowing skin. Fiber-rich foods are easily digested by the body and can produce roughage.

1. Added Sugars

Avoid cookies, cakes, pastries, jams, sweets, and cereal bars, cereals, fizzy drinks and crackers. Consume natural sugars, that are present in vegetables and fruits, in moderation.
2. Dairy Products
Dairy is an important part of our diet. But dairy are rich in fat. Also, dairy stimulates the sebaceous gland secretion, which makes your skin oily and greasy.
3. Refined Carbohydrates
Refined cereals such as white flour (maida), white pasta, junk food, and processed juice can do harm on your skin, and causes spike on your blood sugar levels, therefore, sending oil production into overdrive.
4. Saturated Fats and Trans Fats (Inflammatory Fats)
If you have oily skin, avoid fatty foods. Consuming lots of saturated fats can increase inflammation in your skin, therefore leading to excess oil production.
Avoid red meats such as sausages, lamb, bacon, beef, as well as butter, pizza, cheese, cream, cakes, and pastries.
